Todays class was a complete mess. If only the sudents would listen to instructions they would not be trying to make a roux by adding the flour and butter to the milk and heating it up. This is the first time i have taken a leadership course and taught students. I think i have already regeted being a teacher. Techers must have amazing amount of patience to deal with students. I hope tomorrow will be more organized. The teacher had me make a plain bechamel for the first time without any seasonings. It was gross. I will never make one without seasonings again.
